Happy Hump Day all! I got an amazing 8 hours of sleep last night and woke up before my alarm clock feeling refreshed and ready to go ~ awesome! I think that is the best way to start your day aside from adding in some meditation and yoga. I’ve been missing that lately so I definitely think it needs to be added back soon. Oh and of course starting out having dessert for breakfast doesn’t hurt either 
I had to take The Husband a Starbuck’s this morning and he left me $$ to buy one for me too – yeah! So, I didn’t want to refuse his generous offer and ordered up a Venti Non-Fat, Decaf latte with caramel drizzle for 3 Weight Watcher Points.
And then I couldn’t make up my mind for breakfast. I was seriously torn between crunchy cereal in the form of a parfait, a Vitatop and something with egg whites. I also really would’ve gone for a wafflewich, but, you have to have waffles for that. 
I deciding having it ALL would be the best breakfast. So, I started off with some “banana chips”.
And a few Quaker Oatmeal Squares – I LOVE these!
I then toasted up a Fudgy Peanut Vitatop and topped it with a heaping tablespoon of PB Loco’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Peanut Butter.
Then, I had fun dipping my squares and banana chips in the peanut buttery goodness.
All together this was such a fun breakfast to eat. It was a little higher in points (7 Weight Watcher Points), but, totally worth it because I think it will hold me over all morning with no AM snack needed. I also am able to check off a dairy and fruit – added bonus!

Today is going to be a fantastic day because I am heading to Spin Class at lunch for another beating and then after work I am off to get my feet pampered with an orange peel & spa pedicure – Ahhhh! I LOVE days when you have something to look forward to like that!

That would be the best promo – free shipping…although, I think in the holey donut case, it might be more to get free shipping than this deal.
