An Eggsellant Giveaway!

by DanicasDaily on February 27, 2012

Happy Monday all!  As promised yesterday, I am back with one Eggsellant Eggland’s Best Brunch Giveaway for you all.  I will start posting all those delicious Brunch Recipes starting tomorrow, but, I couldn’t wait to share this giveaway with you all.  It is so FUN and I can’t wait to find out what you all would make in your EB Mine Brunch!

Eggs are probably on my Top 10 List of quick 2 points+ breakfasts and Simply Filling Snacks.

I LOVE that Eggland’s Best offers up organic and cage free eggs (two of my must have’s!) I also think that if you are going to go for delicious eggs, why, not pick eggs that are not just your average age….pick ones that are packed with extra vitamins that are good for your heart.

IMG_4746

Eggland’s Best Eggs contain more than 2X the heart healthy Omega-3 fatty acids than ordinary eggs, 2X more Vitamin D and 10X more Vitamin E, a vitamin associated with reducing the risk of heart disease.

Complete with the EB Seal of Approval on every egg.

I like to hard boil Egglands Best eggs for snacks but I also love them “fried” or scrambled, in a frittata or omelet. They are great anyway you make them. I have used them for years.

I love Egglands Best! I think you can actually taste the difference between EB & other eggs and EB are so much better!
I have one almost every morning. Usually “scrambled” in the microwave with turkey or veggie sausage and a tiny bit of low fat cheese and served on a 100 cal english muffin.
Although really, anyway I cook my EB is my favorite :-)
