I would LOVE to have this kind of scale. Mine just measures weight. I am on track to becoming more healthy and have lost 45 pounds so far, but still have a long way to go. I need to lose at least 60 more pounds, so as you can see I really need all the help I can get! )

Happy Monday all! I first discovered my LOVE for Coffee when I was in college.  I realized how awesome it could be at keeping you awake during finals.  I will admit that I used totally add a ton of creamer and sugar to my coffee.  When I started my Weight Loss journey, I decided to give up all the extra calories I was using on sugar and creamers.
