			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Happy Wednesday all!&#160; This week has been crazy busy and today I definitely conquered every single challenge thrown my way.&#160; It is sort of funny how you can plan out your whole day and week with specifics about what you are going to accomplish and check off your list.</p>
<p>And then……life happens……After an incredibly long day yesterday and being up early this morning, I knew that sleep was something I needed more than working out.&#160; I figured if I was not going to work out, then, I was going to make good choices on the go!</p>
<p>Breakfast involved this delicious 8 points+ multi-grain bagel from Starbuck’s that I couldn’t resist along with my Dirty Coconut Coffee (2 points+).</p>

<p>I had another business lunch today, but, you know what, I will never complain when you can combine work with delicious food!</p>
<p>I am completely IN LOVE with two things at <strong><a href="http://www.labou.com/WSacmenu.html">La Bou</a></strong>……I picked the half &amp; half combo.</p>
<p>Half a <strong>House Salad</strong> that is made with butter lettuce,avocado, tomato, cucumber, Jarlsberg swiss cheese and sprouts.&#160; Topped with Creamy Dill Dressing ~ like ranch, but, better (4 points+)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Happy Wednesday all!&#160; I think it is really fun to see all the things you all are planting in your gardens.&#160; I actually found myself wondering if there was any way I could “squeeze” in more things into our <strong><a href="http://danicasdaily.com/herbs-gone-wild">Herbs Gone Wild Garden</a></strong> when I saw Kale and Lettuce printed.&#160; That was quickly followed up with Terri telling me their rosemary was 2 feet tall ~ gahhhh!&#160; Maybe this is the Year of the Herbs?! Hmmmm…..the things I ponder on my commute into work LOL…….</p>
<p>This morning I was up at 5 am on on the treadmill for another 30 minute <strong><a href="http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml">Couch to 5K Jog/Walk</a> </strong>session. </p>
<p>On my way into work, I stopped for a Dirty Iced Coffee (2 points+).</p>

<p>I couldn’t resist diving in and having a few of the Urban Fries that we shared at the table.&#160; These are by far the BEST fries you will ever eat. </p>
<p>They are topped with Blue Cheese Dressing (it tastes like ranch), chili oil, red pepper flakes and parsley (8 points+ estimate)</p>

<p>Dinner tonight was a spin on this <strong><a href="http://www.dinneralovestory.com/spicy-shrimp-with-yogurt/">Spicy Shrimp with Cilantro and Lime</a></strong> that I saw in this month’s Everyday Food Magazine.</p>
<p>The recipe is so simple ~ You make up “Phoebe’s” Spice Mix…..</p>

<p>We picked up organic strawberries, blueberries, cherries and more.&#160; As soon as we returned home, we shared an entire basket of the most delicious strawberries we have had this year.</p>

<p>All together with the BEST Mac &amp; Cheese you will ever eat.&#160; It comes in at 12 points+ but it’s so cheesy and creamy ~ it’s like every noodle is filled with a “bucket” of cheese.&#160; I balance it out with a lighter salad by going with the 80 Calorie Classic Salad.</p>

<p>I have yet to find cute black and brown sandals to wear for work that are comfortable.&#160; I feel like all the styles that are cute are wayyyy uncomfortable and all the ones that are comfortable are not cute.&#160; Does that make sense?</p>
<p>After unsuccessful searching 5 stores, I gave up and we headed over to Starbuck’s for a pick me up.&#160; I actually thought I’d get one of the half price frappucino’s, but, really all I wanted was an iced coffee with 2 pumps mocha &amp; a splash of half &amp; half (2 points+).</p>

<p>The Husband picked out dinner by asking if there was any way I could take that <strong><a href="http://danicasdaily.com/bbq-buffalo-chicken-salad-9-points">BBQ Buffalo Chicken Salad</a></strong> and put it in a wrap.&#160; I have to say, he is pretty darn smart ~ this BBQ Buffalo Chicken Wrap is crunchy, spicy, sweet and just plain delicious.</p>
<p>While I cooked a few pieces of Trader Joe’s Crispy Chicken (you could totally use Morning Star Chick Patties for a vegetarian version of this)……</p>
<p>I drizzled a real deal flour tortilla with Bolt House Light Ranch &amp; BBQ Sauce.</p>

<p>I started off with these <a href="http://danicasdaily.com/cheesy-sausage-breakfast-burrito"><strong>1 points+ Sonoma Tortillas I get at Trader Joe’s</strong></a>, then, I layered on 2 Tbsp Low-Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese and 1 slice of Apple Wood Smoked Bacon ~ the real deal! </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Happy Tuesday all!&#160; Thanks for all the questions yesterday on <strong><a href="http://danicasdaily.com/8-is-great">My BM Stats</a></strong>.&#160; The thing that makes my Body Media CORE Device so cool is that it monitors and tracks all the calories I burn, steps I take, etc. throughout the day.&#160; The 2,734 calories I burned yesterday were the number of calories I burned from 12 am – 8 pm and also included my 30 minute workout.&#160; I only counted 3 AP for my actual workout and used the other information as a fun way to know what my metabolism is doing throughout the day.&#160; I actually finished my entire day burning over 3,000 calories ~ MOTIVATION!</p>

<p>My co-workers picked the place we went out for our team lunch today and we ended up at <strong><a href="http://www.starginger.com/lg-restaurant.php">Lemon Grass Restaurant.</a></strong>&#160; I LOVE Thai Food and Vietnamese too ~ mix them together and you get delicious Asian Fusion cuisine!</p>
<p>I knew I’d like this place because we actually ate at one of their <strong><a href="http://danicasdaily.com/planes-trains-and-automobiles">Grills when we waited at the Sacramento Airport</a></strong> this past year.</p>
<p>Let me just preface this by saying, I am adding this to my list of top <strong>10 BEST RESTARAUNTS</strong> in Sacramento.</p>

<p>I think one of my favorite parts is that half way through you drizzle this spicy red pepper olive oil over the pizza and crust to give it a bit of a kick.</p>

<p>I cut the pizza into 6 slices making each slice 4 points+ a piece.&#160; It totally is a mental thing for me to make me feel like it is more.</p>
<p>It’s not bad ~ I like the spicy kick of the pepper oil and creaminess of the cheese, but, it really does taste frozen pizza like.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Happy Weekend All!&#160; This week has been so insanely busy, but, in a really good way.&#160; I have my <strong>Weight Watchers E-Tools &amp; Mobile Apps Tutorial presentation</strong> all ready to go for tomorrow, handouts made, Coconut Almond Granola cooked for our High Fiber Breakfast Bar and 2 NEW Versions of Slow Cooker Oats getting ready to go in the Crockpot.</p>
<p>Now, I think all I have left for the morning is to prepare a double batch of <strong><a href="http://danicasdaily.com/recipage?recipe_id=6019026">Coconut Donut Holes</a></strong>.&#160; I am so excited, but, nervous ~ fingers crossed I present in a way everyone understands.</p>

<p>Next up ~ was making up one of my all time favorite granolas that I have made for a few years now.&#160; It is delicious straight up, on top of oatmeal, yogurt, ice cream, smoothies.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Happy Tuesday all!&#160; It is SO FUN to see so many of you jump on the <strong><a href="http://danicasdaily.com/are-you-up-for-the-stair-challenge">Stair Challenge</a></strong> and to add in your own twist to it.&#160; I figure if we can all find enough ways to add in activity every little bit adds up especially on the days when we cannot get in a “real” workout per say.</p>
<p>The building I work in actually has 16 floors and a 5 story parking garage.&#160; I have meetings all throughout the day on any of the given floors and I work on the 11th floor.&#160; Each floor has 2 sets of stairs so you really can get in a GOOD workout without even trying.</p>
<p>I was SO SUPER PROUD of the fact that I started off my day with an 8 story trek up (3rd to 11th) to my office then went back and forth to the 5th, 6th and 7th floors all day.</p>
<p><strong>Climbing…..30 stories!!!</strong></p>
<p>Then, I had a totally <strong>BLONDE MOMENT</strong> in the middle of the day when I was telling my co-worker about using the stairs all day. For some reason in my brain, I was so focused on not taking the inside elevator that I did not even think about the parking garage elevator.</p>
<p>OMG! I park on the <strong>5th floor in the parking garage</strong> so Scooter has plenty of room…..now, about those stairs ~ I think I should start parking on the 2nd floor now or something LOL.&#160; </p>
<p>Tomorrow I will add in the parking garage stairs too ~ whew!</p>
<p>Breakfast this morning was grab and go ~&#160; a little protein (Morning Star Veggie Sausage ~ 2 points+) and a banana.</p>

<p>I actually took the time to pack up a delicious lunch of leftover soup, fruit, yogurt and snacks.&#160; But, all that went out the window when my co-worker mentioned <a href="http://www.pandaexpress.com"><strong>Panda Express.</strong></a> The good news is my lunch is already packed for tomorrow <img style="border-bottom-style: none; border-left-style: none; border-top-style: none; border-right-style: none" class="wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-winkingsmile" alt="Winking smile" src="http://danicasdaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/wlEmoticon-winkingsmile2.png" /></p>
<p>You all know I have an unnatural LOVE of Panda especially when I can check off my 5 a day plus healthy oils all in one meal!</p>
<p>Kung Pao Chicken, String Bean Chicken and Steamed Veggies for the Rice/chow mein….</p>
