Happy BIGGEST LOSER day all!  I am SO freakin’ excited that Biggest Loser is back!!  It’s going to be an awesome season even though I am a little sad for the 3rd person that they are not letting go to the campus.  I really hope that they pull out a side challenge for them or something.

Today was a pretty awesome day other than having to spend $$$$ to get my car worked on.  At least now I know it’s ready for our Grand Canyon Vacation….8 days and counting!

I just can’t get enough Mock My French Toast ~ at least it’s Nutritious & Delicious :) (6 pts)

I mean, really, can, you blame me for getting this awesome Yik Yak Salad with Cajun Chicken ~ I ate every bite, except skipped the tortilla. (10 pt estimate).

I used to always show you all my Farmer’s Market loot and somehow I haven’t done it in awhile.  I am not sure what happened, but, it’s totally time to show & tell :)

I swear I am like a little kid in a candy store when I get new goodies from the Farmer’s Market….I want to try them and use them all at once 😀

Dinner started out with a little pasta with steamed spinach on top of fresh spinach with chopped heirloom tomatoes.

Vegetable Pasta

Then, I added some Shrimp Scampi!  It’s been way to long since I have some scampi in my life.

Those heirloom tomatoes look SO good. I got mine (first time trying them?!) at Trader’s and yours look so much prettier. Looked for some at the market yesterday, but they were out. :( I need to find some! I am addicted. They’re so sweet and juicy… I love it!
