have you ever tried the veggie sausage crumbles? already cooked. I think i’ll try it with that would be faster and hopefully still same 2 points +. This looks so yummy. I am so glad I found your site!

Hi Phyllis,

I have not, but, I have a really great friend who uses the morning start sausage patties and LOVES them in this recipe. They are 2 points+ a cup still.

The Baked Gnocchi is about 1 cup for 1/6th of the dish for 7 points+.

These Fry egg rolls are AWESOME! I., too, have become addicted! If I’m REALLY hungry, I’ll do up a second one, with just egg white. The ‘fried’ tortilla really hits the spot.
Thank you for ending my ‘ what do I want for breakfast, I’m SO sick of EggBeaters’ funk!

I’m so glad I found this website! I started WW+ about two and a half weeks ago and am already seeing a change in how my clothes fit. I had two of these egg rolls for dinner and it was so filling! Thank you for all your posts and great ideas.

Can I use tofu mashed with some black salt which gives it an “eggy” flavor (sort of) instead of eggs and still get good results? Thanks, I do enjoy your recipes a lot and try and tweak them when I can because I rarely eat meat and dairy products. I loved your month of plant based. Hope you decide to do it again. Thanks in advance…Diane
