I would really like to see recipes I could use for lunch at work. I don’t have time to prepare a variety of meals each day, but also don’t want to eat the same dishes 3-4 days in a row. Ideally, I would like to cook a lunch for 3 days that I could add different ingredients to each day in order to reduce the repetition.

I would LOVE suggestions on how to deal with a house full of unsupportive family members. My kids, 11 & 14 don’t need to lose weight, and my husband (overweight but doesn’t care) insists on having his cookies, snack cakes, chips, and candy bars around (and refuses to hide them). They all tell me that they ‘love me the way I am’ and sabotage my best intentions. Help!

i would like to see easy packable lunch ideas, quick low-point breakfasts and cooking for two dinners. As an empty-nester it’s really challenging to think of ideas for meals to fix for my husband and myself.

I would like to see how you can work more protein in your day, as the protein seems to give me more energy and I am not hungry when I eat protein, how much protein should a person take in each day (without going over board)

Well I’ve been doing WW for 18 months now. I have lost more weight than I thought I could. I cannot do much activity due to chronic illness so I rely on the points. I would love to see the new points values, and a online calculator and a place we can share our personal walks to loose weight.

I would like to see a Product section where new grocery ideas and items could be shared….with Points Plus values, of course :)

I would like to see ideas on how to deal with both a non-dieting/sabbotaging family AND a super-busy schedule for a person on the go constantly.

I would like to hear tips on how older (65+) members cope with slower metabolisms and bodies that no longer allow a whole lot of physical activity.

Definitely some tips and/or recipes to help people who have been off weightwatchers for a while and trying to get back on the swing of things in full motion!

I would love to see quick recipes for 2 people, with a short list of ingredients. A shopping/grocery list for each recipe would be VERY helpful!

Also, a forum where people can post if they need help – dealing with stress WITHOUT food, eating during the holidays, getting back on track, etc.

Love this site, so much information. I would love to see more conversions from old WW recipes and individual items to the new point plus point system. Who needs to actually attend meetings with forums like this?

I love your site! I would like to see recipes that are fast and healthy using whole foods. Also recipes that can be made for the whole family, especially the picky ones! I am all about trying to get this family to eat healthier. Of course, I will be the only one counting. Also a support forum would be great!

We have a group that meets every other week. I would love for this big group to put pics of labels and the fronts of packages of great food finds (like you do on your danicasdaily) We call our basket, ‘A Few of Our Favorite Things’. It is really nice because all of us are out there looking for new and healthy food finds.

Thanks,
Lynda
