I’m looking for your recipe entitled “Simply Filling Cheesy, Ham & Potato Breakfast Casserole” You said you’d be posted it last September but I can’t find it on your site.
I’d love to get the recipe. Would you please email it to me?

Thanks so much!

Hi. I’m new to the WW Simply Filling program. What do you eat for dessert or to satisfy a sweet tooth? (Besides fresh fruit)

I’ve been on WW program for just over a year and am doing well but keep yo-yo’ing lately. With my WW leader’s encouragement I tried Simply Filling this week. Based on the fact that I eat so many of the fruits and veggies this makes so much more sense and to top that I am learning how to also enjoy the dairy and meat/fish items. Wow! Why doesn’t WW encourage this technique more?
I found your site this morning and find it very helpful so far. Thanks for your sharing. I’m looking forward to more success with Simply Filling!

On the Powerfood list, sauerkraut isn’t listed, but it is zero points. Is it considered a a SF food?

Hmmm…. I do see it on the Power Foods list, under the “Plus More” section….. Last column on the right, near the bottom:

I have just started Simply Filling and I really like it but have been at loose ends for dinner menus. I am so happy to find your site and have already got some great ideas. Also your website is a thing of beauty. It is so stable and easy to use. Thank you Google and Danica.

Danica, are Cheerios a simply filling food?

Reply

DanicasDaily January 13, 2014 at 10:09 am

Hi Sandra,

The only variety that is Simply Filling is the toasted, Whole Grain Cheerios. The criteria for cereal is Whole-grain, ready-to-eat cereals without added sugar, dried fruits or nuts, and with 4g of fiber or more per serving.

Thanks,

Danica
