They will say you arrive at 7 am, but, they have to clear customs and such. Typically this takes about an hour or two so you wouldn't technically be able to get off the ship til 830-930 (just my guess). They usually give people two options ~ 1st, if you have a flight you've booked and you let them know about it, they will give you a colored tag for when you can get off the ship. 2nd - you can use their walk off the ship anytime option as soon as they are cleared. I find option #2 to be so much easier if you are not using their shuttle service, etc, because you are not waiting around for your group color to be called. I definitely think you could fly out the same day easily though, just try to book your flight I would think from 12 on to give yourself enough time. Where are you all cruising to?
