I love pumpkin! There’s no pumpkin puree to buy here, but I make my own out of butternut squash. And I love it. Specially with oats, yummy

Well, judging by last night, my favorite way to enjoy TJ Pumpkin Butter is spoonful by spoonful, right from the jar! It was that kinda night! But I love all things pumpkin!
I’ve never tried pumpkin butter-but reading someone else’s comment gave me a great idea! Pumpkin butter on toasted sourdough bread with cream cheese!
I like spreading it on lightly toasted sandwich thins or over waffles. Reading the comments has given me so many wonderful ideas on how to else to try it, I think I’m going to go for putting it in oatmeal first!
Oooh pumpkin butter in oatmeal= perfection. it would just add another layer of pumpkin goodness to pumpkin oats.
