Happy Monday everyone! We made it back from Vegas yesterday and I decided to take the night off from the computer ~ it was awesome and totally nice to get settled, relax, catch up on our shows (The Bachelorette & Next Food Network Star!) and not worry about anything.
I will be back later tonight with our list of FUN/FREE/Not so Free Things To Do In Vegas and my daily posting will resume. I appreciated all your comments and it was nice to have a little down time away from the computer.
I have so many great things planned for you all this week, but, for now, I am going to start with My Weekly Menu!
Last night, we had deliciously easy Carne Asada Steak Salads ~ I missed my greens!
HERE IS WHAT IS ON OUR MENU THIS WEEK
* BBQ Chicken Legs, WW Macaroni Salad, Grilled Veggie Kabobs
* Shrimp * Chickpea Salad
* CEiMB ~ Chicken Pepian over cilantro lime brown rice with salad
* BLTA’s, Artichokes
* LUNCHES ~ Vegetable Gyoza with Edamame with Spicy Peanut Slaw
