that would be sooo helpful to have meals prepared for me! I don’t blog, tweet or do facebook but I did tell several of my friends on a personal chat board that I am on. We are all trying to lose weight!

I plan about half of our weekly meals and leave the other half to chance. It would be awesome if I could be more prepared for our meals and not fall back on unhealthy quick options.

I do plan my weekday/weeknight meals but typically only dinner on the weekends. Liked on facebook! The recipes and meal plans for slender kitchen look amazing! Please pick me!

Hi Danica,

I truly have been trying to plan out my meals. For example, this week, I made a breakfast casserole for the mornings. My dinners are mostly all planned. I usually shop on Saurday or Sunday for the weeks meals. The only meal I have a hard time planning is lunch.

I pretty much plan my meals ahead of time. When I shop I shop for the week and what I buy becomes dinner that week. Lean meats and lots and lots of vegetables and fruit.

I plan my meals monthly during the winter. It is very helpful for a working mom with 2 little ones trying to make healthy choices for family meals.

I try to plan out my meals on Saturday before I go to the grocery store. Then I leave Sunday mornings for some time to prep, cook and package for the week. I would love to say that I do this every week, but that would be a flat out lie!:) I do it as much as I can but having some helpful meal plans would be so helpful! Thanks Danica!

My coworker and I just had a conversation around Weight Watchers and she just joined online and is having some problems prepping meals. Ironically, I got back to my desk to read Danicasdaily and I sent it to her and explained what it was and how I found out about it! She is so excited!
