Love this idea! On weekdays I do a pretty good job of planning my meals (at least each morning!), but I would like to get better at planning the full week so I can get more efficient with my grocery shopping! Plus I need new meal ideas (have been on WW since October and am getting tired of my old standbys!).

we have been just winging it, but we eat much better when we make a meal plan! i started meal planning again last weekend, and it went so well this week that i plan to keep it going!

I try really hard to plan my meals. I just got back on the horse with Weight Watchers and have already lost 10 pounds (much more to go). Being a single mom that works full time, it is hard to get anything done, but I am really trying to make it happen!

Tha k you so much for all you do! I’m a Lifetime Member, like 40 years worth. An up and down backslider and then get back on the program. I don’t Facebook, Tweet, Twitter or any social networking so will just leave my comments here a d hope to win! Old lady’s like surprises also! I would have to say “I wing it”! I am using the Simply Filling part to get started, 6 pounds in 2 weeks, so going well! Have a great day and thanks again for all you do!

I plan a weekly menu with at least three new recipes that I pull from my collection of WW bloggers (Danica you were my first discovery) and WW etools. I have a notebook with the recipe names, where I found it, point value and husbands comments (do again or do different) and weight loss for the week. I make my grocery list from the menu.

I always plan my meals and grocery list. I try a different kind each trip (clean eating, hungry girl, crock pot etc).planning is my attempt at healthy eating but to have it done for ne and not hafta scour the internet and cookbooks would make my life super easy. With s newborn I need all the help I can get. Thank you!

I plan my meals every week! It helps me buy food that won’t go to waste, and to avoid mindless munching!
