I love your blog! I try to plan…but end up winging it. I would like to plan better. I think it would make a great difference with my weight loss. Thanks!

203 NancyM February 3, 2014 at 7:26 am

I tend to wing it more than plan which is why these plans would be awesome! Thanks for sharing!

204 Donna February 3, 2014 at 7:28 am

I wing it so planned meals would help me to be successful.

205 Amy L February 3, 2014 at 7:35 am

LOVE Slender Kitchen! I actually make out my menus for two weeks at a time- it’s a HUGE help!

206 Amy L February 3, 2014 at 7:36 am

I “like” Slender Kitchen on FB

207 Amy L February 3, 2014 at 7:37 am

No blog, but I told my friend Kim about this- she meal plans too, and I know she would love this as well!

208 Mo February 3, 2014 at 7:42 am

It depends on hubby’s work schedule whether I plan meals or just wing it – mostly I just wing it!

209 Mo February 3, 2014 at 7:43 am

I told my my book club about the give-away!

No Blog, but I told a couple of my Weight Watcher buddies about it

212 Jessica H February 3, 2014 at 7:50 am

First comment: I usually have an idea of what I will be eating during the week, but I do not actually “plan” out the week in advance. It would probably be a little easier to keep on track if I planned better. I like the idea of Slender Kitchen because I have tried out eMeals before and I really liked it

I just liked Slender Kitchen on Facebook! (and started following on Twitter)

214 Susan Briggs February 3, 2014 at 8:17 am

I told my daughter. Thanks!

215 Jeanne February 3, 2014 at 8:26 am

Some week’s I do well and plan the week out; others are wing-it weeks! i’m in a good place this week, as I made veggie soup & got all my veg & protein done for lunches, and some preplans for dinner :)

216 Jeanne February 3, 2014 at 8:29 am

#2 – I posted to FB :)

217 Jeanne February 3, 2014 at 8:30 am

#3 – I LIKED Slender Kitchen’s page on FB

alas no #4 as I don’t have a blog

218 Rebecca February 3, 2014 at 9:00 am

I usually do some sort of planning and stick to it!

219 christina Tuohey February 3, 2014 at 9:12 am

I have an 11 month old and another on the way plus a full time job. My evenings are precious so the last thing I want to do is be running to the store to pick up dinner or that “one ingredient” I forgot. Meal planning allows me to focus and get everything I need for healthy balanced meals in my once every two weeks shopping trip.

220 Judy February 3, 2014 at 11:33 am

I typically plan 4-5 meals for the week but don’t specify the specific day.

221 Dianne February 3, 2014 at 12:50 pm

I told my girlfriend about this website.

222 Maria February 3, 2014 at 4:11 pm

I do a little bit of both. I try hard to plan and sometimes make meals for several days. This really helps me stay on track. I’m doing points plus and it’s really great.

223 Ali February 3, 2014 at 6:38 pm

I try to plan but usually wing it, but now as a mom of two….planned meals would make my life a lot easier!!

224 Amy PT February 3, 2014 at 7:04 pm

I wing it and feel that maybe trying a little organization will go a LONG way.

225 Brandy Berman February 3, 2014 at 8:55 pm

Currently just wing it, but with two kids and hubby I really would like to start more meal planning.

226 LizLA February 4, 2014 at 1:44 am

I usually wing it, which has been disastrous in the past but after doing WW Simple Start I am making good choices.

227 Charlene Burns February 4, 2014 at 10:31 am

I plan my meals each week. I look over several blogs and look at what is in my own pantry/freezer before I begin.

228 Charlene Burns February 4, 2014 at 10:32 am

I shared this on FB!

229 Charlene Burns February 4, 2014 at 10:34 am

231 Michele M February 4, 2014 at 11:46 am

I usually wing my meals every week. When I am on a diet I do try to get stuff on the weekend to make on a weeknight, but don’t plan out for each day.

232 Michele M February 4, 2014 at 11:48 am

I just tweeted about the giveaway!

238 Kathy Lawrence February 5, 2014 at 12:15 pm

I plan a week worth of dinners and shop once a week for groceries. Lunches are usually leftovers of soup.

239 Lynda February 5, 2014 at 5:16 pm

Sometimes I plan my week sometimes I wing it. When I wing it I usually make a recipe I have gotten on FB or through email. I love your recipes and support . Keep them coming. You are such an inspiration. Thank you
