One Egg Wonder

by DanicasDaily on July 30, 2009

This morning I woke up craving eggs and decided it was the perfect time to use the super cute pan The Husband got me ~ My One Egg Wonder.  It is perfect for cooking just one egg.

I “fried” my egg in nonstick cooking spray with a little sea salt and pepper.

And it created the perfectly round, over hard “fried” egg.

I had a slice of Trader Joe’s 3-seeded Bread with a smear of Whipped butter.  I LOVE bread with “fried” eggs because it makes for fun dipping and a bunch of little mini egg sandwiches.

For my fruit to balance my meal, I had a bunch of red and black champagne grapes – so sweet & crunchy.  I LOVE that grapes are starting to come in season now too – YUM!

It was totally a bowl of fun to start my busy day.

I haven’t tried that TJ bread yet! I get overwhelmed when trying to choose bread there… so many choices! :)

And I say toast and fried eggs ALWAYS go together :)

Have a great day!!!

That is the cutest lil pan ever! I’ve never heard of the One Egg Wonder Pan but what a great idea! It’s usually a 2 or 3 egg deal at our house though. :)

I haven’t had this meal in ages. Wow, sometimes I get so caught up in creating the most eccentric and unusal dishes, that I forgot how delicious simple foods can be..like eggs and toast!

Hope you are having a great week hun!
