I have decided to kick Fall off with a FUN FALL GIVEAWAY.  I am giving away THREE Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter jars plus a fun fall mixes to go with it.  If you LOVE TJ’s Pumpkin Butter or have been dying to try it, now is your chance to score some.

    2. I love canned pumpkin, but I can’t believe I have not tried the Pumpkin Butter from TJ’s. I’ve been to every store in my area and we are in a serious canned pumpkin shortage so maybe I’ll have to get my fix through the pumpkin butter. Thanks for the chance!

    3. I’ve never tried pumpkin butter but I imagine it would be great on toast or some other baked good. I hope you have a recipe to accompany it because I drool over your recipe entries. :-)

    6. I eat pumpkin puree 365 days a year! I bake all sorts of healthy creations with the stuff. Sadly, I do not live in a Trader Joe’s town….hmmm…I wonder if they have an online store….I must check.

    Pumpkin butter on a warm oat bran muffin is one of my all time favorite ways to use pumpkin butter.

    I have only had pumpkin butter once before. I bought it from a lady at an outdoor market. (She had a certified kitchen.) It. was. delish! Oh my. I enjoyed it straight off the spoon. YUM! It’s also yummy with steel-cut oats.

    my favorite way to use pumpkin is either in pumpkin muffins OR mixed into oats. I also love combinin it with cottage cheese in the magic bullet and freezing it with some truvia and cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice-it tastes like pumpkin ice cream!!

    128. Oh my goodness! I am so excited. I love love love TJ’s. My favorite use for pumpkin butter is definitely as a delicious topping for a baked sweet potato. I also love it in oat bran, on biscuits — really with anything — or by itself ;)

    My favorite thing is to mix pumpkin butter with almond butter and a chopped apple and putting it either in a sandwich or in breakfast quinoa!
