This scale isn’t your ordinary scale ~ in fact, it’s pretty darn fancy if you ask me.  It not only  measures weight, but it also measures body fat, body water, bone mass and BMI (body mass index).

I love that you do not have to rely on just one number “weight” as a measure of your progress, but, you can get the “big picture” as to what is going on inside your body.

I told my daughter. I would love a new scale. Mine is over 20 years old but still works so I can’t bear to spend good Money on a cool new one. This would be great!!! Thanks for all your inspirations!!

In the process of rehab for knee replacement and once that’s done – exercise, exercise, exercise. I cannot wait to begin long walks again. This giveaway would be a blessing in disguise. Good luck all!

Aside from my regular workouts and staying within my daily caloric intake, I am not letting my sweet tooth get the best of me. I am cutting back drastically so that I can be ready for summer in no time! :0)
