First comment: I usually have an idea of what I will be eating during the week, but I do not actually “plan” out the week in advance. It would probably be a little easier to keep on track if I planned better. I like the idea of Slender Kitchen because I have tried out eMeals before and I really liked it

Some week’s I do well and plan the week out; others are wing-it weeks! i’m in a good place this week, as I made veggie soup & got all my veg & protein done for lunches, and some preplans for dinner :)

I have an 11 month old and another on the way plus a full time job. My evenings are precious so the last thing I want to do is be running to the store to pick up dinner or that “one ingredient” I forgot. Meal planning allows me to focus and get everything I need for healthy balanced meals in my once every two weeks shopping trip.

I do a little bit of both. I try hard to plan and sometimes make meals for several days. This really helps me stay on track. I’m doing points plus and it’s really great.

I plan a week worth of dinners and shop once a week for groceries. Lunches are usually leftovers of soup.

Sometimes I plan my week sometimes I wing it. When I wing it I usually make a recipe I have gotten on FB or through email. I love your recipes and support . Keep them coming. You are such an inspiration. Thank you
